What Is an Apostille Certificate?
An Apostille Certificate is an official government-issued certificate that verifies the authenticity of UK documents so they can be legally recognised abroad.
This certificate is issued by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) after validation by a registered solicitor or notary, and it confirms that your documents are legitimate and accepted in over 115 countries that are signatories to the Hague Convention of 1961.

Frequently Asked Questions
Apostilled documents are official UK documents that have been legally certified for international use. The FCDO adds an Apostille Certificate after the documents are validated by a solicitor or notary, making them legally recognised in countries that are part of the Hague Convention.
It depends on your business activities. If you plan to open a bank account overseas, register your company abroad, or engage in international legal matters, apostilled documents are typically required by foreign authorities.
You can apostille as many documents as needed. We treat the Memorandum & Articles of Association as one document. All other forms are counted individually for Apostille purposes.
Once payment and documents are received, we will:

Send them to the FCDO
Return them to you with the Apostille Certificate attached
